Rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat. You do it again, and again, and again, and again. Work on that first track of your blueprint. If you have 1 track, you could spend 1 hour per day on the first track. Spend 1 hour per day on the product creation track. That’s the 1st track. What about the coaching program track? If you’ve been studying my material long, you know that what I teach is you don’t create any of your lessons first. Instead, you get subscribers first. Then you find out what they’re looking for, and you […]

Okay, so I talked about low ticket products and why I chose the Warrior Forum. It’s just easier to break into. Over at JVZoo, affiliates kind of have to notice you. On the Warrior Forum they’re somewhere right there to promote it. Using My Own Pages One the things I wanted to share is why I stopped using their WSO posts. And here’s what happened folks, and there’s just so much noise on that forum, there’s so much noise on that forum, that I would release a WSO, and if I didn’t sit there and every five minutes, every time […]

One of the things that really drives me in my business is knowing that I’m held accountable for everything that I do. I value the relationship I have with my subscribers and clients. So I want everything I do to be the best. If I teach on something, I want it to be the very best in this moment, for this moment, for this client, for this interview, for this training, I want it to be the very best. Because, I believe that’s what God created me for: I want to change people’s lives in the best way possible. That […]

It’s time to create your product.  I want you to create a recorded product or class first so you can just get it done. Start with your outline.  If you missed how to do that, go back to my ultra-simple product creation method.  This is going to serve as your master outline for all of these products. Let’s talk about literally creating your first product.  You’re going to go in and select a portion of your outline that you would like to use for this product. So this might be, if you’re gardening, it might be just fruit gardening.  Or […]

Creating entry-level products is an important first step in building up your online business.  I recently covered how you can create multiple low-ticket products quickly – click here for my simple product creation method.  These products are versatile and help you set the stage to sell more. You’re probably also thinking about upsell products – an online course is an extremely popular option today.  I’m often asked this by clients who have created several entry-level products (or have them outlined), but want to think about connecting an upsell: “I’m not sure my low-ticket products all work together where they could all […]

You don’t need an upsell the minute you start your online business.  However, once you’ve created a few entry-level products, it’s good to create a more complete online course for your upsell.  If you start out with a low-ticket entry level product,  I find that $497-$997 is a good multiple for that 2nd product. If you started higher, say at the $97 mark, you can go higher with the upsell.  You could do a $1k – $2k product for your 2nd product.  You could probably even go with a $5k product if you add in coaching, and depending on your […]

Recorded products are excellent for low-ticket offers because you can create them quickly and they brand you effectively as an expert.  Here are several ways to help you get that low-ticket product recorded and selling. You can literally buy recording software for your computer if it doesn’t already come with some.  I’m not going to recommend any, my guess is, you’ve probably already got some on your computer.  All you need to do is buy a microphone for your computer to do it.  These days you can probably record right to your phone with great quality!  You probably have an […]

This method isn’t a shortcut, but it will tell you exactly what your customer really needs – and what she really wants to buy. You’re going to have to go where people are that are interested in that topic and, likely, fastest way to do it is to run advertising, and get people to become subscribers, and ask them what their needs are. Now, is that a lot of work? Yes. Is it any different than the due diligence that you would put into opening up a pizza joint? If you were going to invest $100k of your hard earned […]

What are some ways to determine what areas online people are interested in? One way would be to simply go online and go somewhere that there’s a lot of advertising. So, maybe, any of the news websites. A lot of the news websites have classified ads on them. You look at those classified ads, and you look at the topics of those classified ads. You could even take a screenshot of the classified ads today and then a month from now, take another screenshot and see if the same people are advertising. Watch for Consistent Ads The truth of the […]
